Dr Ian Hulbert has extensive experience providing surveys and report writing for protected species including red squirrel, otter, pine martin, water vole, badger and amphibians and reptiles. Such survey should ideally be carried out prior to any works commencing and best before any planning applications to establish early on any potential issues. Dr Hulbert has extensive experience writing such reports and applying for the necessary licences.
All surveys are carried out in accordance with best practices for each species.
